Up to 6,000 online daily orders processed with an average size of 3-4 units. 24 Hour operation to accomplish the customer service commitments of fast delivery.
More than half the products are not scannable and don’t have an identifiable EAN/UPC code.
Manual processes affecting productivity due to missing IT solutions often required to optimize the operation including warehouse management and route planning.
