Mario co-founded SNS as a regional WMS software deployment consultancy in 2006, and has since grown the company by 300%, expanding both geographical reach and service offerings. With operations in Dubai; Paris; Dublin; Melbourne; Johannesburg; and Beirut, and a global customer base which includes tier one brands such as Pepsi; Fedex; Mont Blanc; and Richemont (Cartier’s parent company), SNS’ services portfolio now spans high level supply chain consultancy, design, software selection across numerous supply chain disciplines, and training.

With more than 16 years of operational and technical experience in supply chain and logistics, Mohammad has been director of services at SNS for over ten years.

Wael Mabsout is a highly accomplished Senior Manager with nearly 18 years of experience at SNS. He leads a team of operational and functional consultants and has successfully delivered complex supply chain consulting projects for major brands such as Nike, L'Oreal, Fedex, CERN, First Supply, and Honda. Wael has overseen the deployment of Infor WMS at the world's largest Pepsi bottling plant, managed large WMS implementations across Europe and South America with customers including P&G, Pepsi, Honda, Aguettant, Andreani, and MP Hygiene, and optimized warehouse operations at one of the largest distributors of CPG products in Qatar. In addition to his technical expertise, Wael has developed and delivered multiple Supply Chain courses across the Gulf region, both private and public, including Fundamentals of Demand Planning and Warehousing Best Practices.

Bernard’s role is to assess customer business needs and develop appropriate solutions, acting as primary point of liaison between the project manager and the customer. Responsible for conducting customer training on several development and integration tools, Bernard assists team members in the technical engineering aspects of customer implementations, while mentoring and providing technical guidance for technical consultants.

With 35 years Experienced in Commercial Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics, WMS, Change Management, Technological Innovation, Automation and Key Account Sales throughout Europe. A proven Logistics Director with a demonstrated history of working in the logistics and supply chain industry. Skilled in Negotiation, Operations Management, Supply Chain Optimization and strategy, Freight, and International Business. Strong sales professional with a high focused in Industrial Technology/Technician/Machinist from EUC Syd. With a track Record of providing customers cost reduction whit solutions In Material Handling.

Wadih is an experienced and results-driven Business Manager at SNS NA, leading the consulting team across North America. He holds a master’s degree in mechanical engineering and brings nearly two decades of expertise in the warehousing and logistics field. Wadih specializes in Warehouse Management System (WMS) implementations, material handling systems, and warehouse optimization.

In his role as customer support manager, Simon has managed several large-scale WMS and Voice Picking implementation projects for Tier 1 warehouses across multiple geographies. Leading numerous integration projects between various Supply Chain applications and major ERP systems, Simon also headed-up the design and development of several strategic customisations for leading WMS and other Supply Chain Execution products.

Hussein is a skilled senior manager at SNS with over 18 years of experience in supply chain management. He has successfully led several consultancy and software implementation projects for leading supply chain companies, including implementing Infor WMS for clients such as Pepsi, Isuzu Japan, Uti, Forever New, ASICS, and many more. His expertise has been instrumental in improving the operational efficiency and accuracy of these companies' warehouse operations.

Micheline graduated from the Lebanese University with a diploma in Languages and Translation in 2001 and worked at the renowned Nahar newspaper in the translation department.

Richard is a consultant with over 30 years of experience. He has held consulting, sales and management positions in service companies, consulting firms and software companies. He has covered many industry sectors.

Greydis Abuabara is an Industrial Engineer and Supply Chain leader with more than 20 years of experience across the consumer goods, publishing, pharmaceutical, retail, and technology sectors. She has successfully led large-scale logistics, trade, and supply chain transformation projects throughout Latin America and North America, working with multinational consulting firms and global distribution companies.

Jean Mezher is an extensively experienced senior project manager with over 15 years of experience in the logistics sector. He has led successful consultancy and software implementation projects for leading supply chain companies worldwide. His most notable achievements include leading Infor WMS implementation projects for multiple large companies, such as Stock X in the US, Stago in France, Bonfiglioli in the US and Italy, and Mowi.

With over ten years’ experience in the Supply Chain sector, Malek has worked on some of the largest supply chain projects in the Middle-East, including consulting on a leading and best-of-breed WMS implementation for one of the largest 3PLs company in UAE.

Nicole is a consultant with over 15 years of experience. She has held positions in consulting, project management and IT team management, including 4 years with SNS. Her dual skills, technical and business, allow her to bring a strong added value to all phases of a project.  Nicole Led projects such as Isabel Marant, Stago, Vectorys (3PL vectorys.com) in France and Tunisia., Westcoast France and many others.

Mohamad is a Certified project management professional PMP and holds a BS in computer science from the Lebanese American University. He was a banking and financial services versatile professional for a leading institution in the MENA region. He managed the implementation of multiple management information systems such as Oracle Human Resources (HRMS), Oracle FlexCube core banking system (FCBUS), Oracle Finance (IFRMS), Oracle E-Business suite, SAP Pledge. In addition, he led the implementation of multiple tailored business intelligence solutions and data automation providing strategic insights for top management decisions.

Walid Batakji is an Operational Specialist with extensive experience implementing Infor WMS and developing SOPs to improve operational efficiency. He has technical expertise in Warehouse Management Systems, strong analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities. Walid has successfully developed SOPs for MOWI, the world's largest producer of Atlantic salmon, improving their overall performance and reducing errors. He has also implemented Infor WMS for one of the world's largest mail order organizations and optimized Pan Emirates' operational efficiency through Infor WMS upgrades.

Ahmad holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from a top 10 university in the Arab region, the Lebanese American University. Ahmad Implemented Warehouse Management Systems for leading companies in France, Saudi Arabia, and Egypt. He added to his Portfolio clients such as Saudi Company for Hardware(SACO),Isabel Marant, IbnSina Pharma, and KASIH foods. Created functional designs and prototypes based on analysis of requirements and provided training to customers and internal resources. Ahmad developed written Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) documents for Egypt’s largest pharmaceutical distribution company with more than 1000 concurrent user.

Muz has completed his Masters in information systems from University of Southern Queensland, Australia. In 2016 Muz started working in the Supply Chain and Logistics field with one of the largest Retail companies in Australia.

Ghiwa holds a Master’s Degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Arkansas, USA. With extensive experience in developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Functional Business Requirements (FBR) documents, Ghiwa has significantly contributed to the operational efficiency and strategic growth of major logistics and retail organizations across the US, Canada, Asia and the Middle East.Ghiwa has successfully implemented the Infor WMS solution for notable clients including Timex Philippines, Omega Logistics in Dubai, and Ali Bin Ali in Qatar. Her work with Timex Philippines streamlined their distribution system in Southeast Asia, while her efforts with Omega Logistics improved logistics operations in Dubai. Ghiwa’s meticulous approach and industrial engineering acumen have consistently driven substantial improvements in productivity and operational effectiveness for her clients.

Joe Jbeily is an accomplished Operational Specialist with a career marked by significant contributions to various projects at SNS since joining in 2022. Notably, Joe played a pivotal role in the successful implementation of the Infor Warehouse Management System for a diverse range of clients. His expertise was instrumental in seamlessly integrating the system for a prominent retailer, streamlining operations for a global fashion brand, and optimizing logistics for a major supermarket chain. Additionally, Joe showcased his proficiency by conducting a Voice Proof of Concept (POC) for a logistics industry leader, demonstrating his versatility in addressing complex operational challenges across different sectors.

Simon Touma is an operational specialist with a Master's degree in Computer and Telecommunication Engineering from Université Antonine. With a strong background in project engineering and hardware design, Simon joined SNS in 2022 to contribute his expertise in optimizing operations and driving efficiency. In his role, He has successfully spearheaded Infor WMS implementations for a renowned French fashion brand, a leading logistics and supply chain management company with operations in multiple countries, and a prominent logistics and distribution company based in the United States. Simon's expertise in optimizing workflows and leveraging technology solutions has consistently delivered significant improvements in productivity and customer satisfaction for his clients.

Roudy Yazbeck, an Functional Specialist holding a Master's degree in Computer and Telecommunication Engineering from Université Antonine. With over 7 years' experience, Roudy joined SNS in 2023 to bring his expertise in providing supply chain and warehouse management consulting services.Roudy has notably implemented Infor WMS for well-known companies in the United Arab Emirates. This includes SOMEA, a subsidiary of Sony Corporation catering to the Middle East and Africa regions, as well as Ahmad Tea, a UK-based global leader in specialty teas with a distribution network spanning over 80 countries. Additionally, Roudy has effectively collaborated with cross-functional teams to design and implement Infor WMS solutions for leading companies in Europe and Africa, including Vectorys Logistics - France, a leader in transport and third-party logistics in North Africa, with multiple warehouses in Tunisia.Furthermore, Roudy has played a major role throughout the design and implementation of Infor WMS for DS Restauration, a leader in the Agri-food industry in France. The project includes complex requirements related to the industry, including weight-based items, streamlined operations in the Freezer/Cooler, and Route based order processing.

Mohamad Hajjar is an accomplished Functional Specialist with a Master’s degree in Engineering Management from the American University of Beirut. With over seven years of diverse experience, he has demonstrated expertise in project coordination, supply chain analysis, and commercial operations across multiple industries. Currently at SNS, Mohamad brings his operational acumen to streamline processes and enhance logistical efficiencies. Previously, he contributed to PSLab, where he played a pivotal role in managing production workflows and coordinating shipments across Europe and the United States, significantly reducing lead times and improving delivery outcomes.

Michael Ibrikji is an accomplished Functional Consultant, he started his journey with in 2022. With a Master's in Supply Chain Management and a Minor in Project Management from EAE Business School in Madrid, Michael brings a robust educational foundation to his role. Michael brings a strong educational background to his role. His expertise lies in Logistics and Supply Chain, Production, Procurement, and 3PL. Michael has successfully contributed to projects for clients such as Clarins, Miners, Isuzu, Wavepoint 3PL (ongoing), General Motors (ongoing), and Butler Supply (ongoing), showcasing his adeptness in enhancing operational processes through Infor WMS implementation.

Alexandre Abdel Sater is a Functional Specialist at SNS specializing in warehouse management systems and supply chain technology implementations. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business and Management from Northeastern University in Boston and joined SNS in 2023.At SNS, Alexandre supports the delivery of Infor WMS implementations and warehouse transformation initiatives, assisting clients in optimizing warehouse operations, improving inventory control, and enhancing fulfillment efficiency. He contributes to solution configuration, business process analysis, and operational testing to ensure smooth system deployment and successful project execution.

Mohammad Farid, an Functional Specialist at SNS, is a seasoned professional with a B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering & Engineering Management and certification as a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt. His expertise spans warehousing, supply chain, and operations, earning him awards and recognition throughout his career.Farid's impactful contributions include leading the implementation of Warehouse Management Systems for a leading 3PL provider, catering to clients like GM, Chalhoub Group, and SAFCO. In the SAFCO project, he played a pivotal role in designing functional prototypes and developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Integration Design documents.

Ghina has taken the lead in implementing best-of-breed functionalities of our in-house solution (SNS Integration Tool), as well as spearheading the development phase of highly complex implementations including integration, design and technical reviews. Playing a major role in the design and development of several complex customizations of WMS and other Supply Chain Execution products, Ghina has also led a variety of technical training courses for customers and new members of the SNS team.

Itani has more than 15 years of experience in the supply chain field and has been technically involved in some of the most complex implementation projects in the Middle East. Over the years, his dedication, technical expertise, and leadership have allowed him to grow steadily within SNS, evolving from hands-on project work to guiding teams and ensuring customer success. Today, as Customer Support Manager, he leads the support team with a focus on service excellence, consistency, and client satisfaction.

Tarek has more than 8 years of experience in warehouse management solutions.

Carlo has more than 15 years of experience. He joined SNS as Senior Technical Consultant in 2021.

Bayan is a Computer Science graduate from the Lebanese American University of Beirut. Bayan joined SNS in 2021.

Karim Ghaddar is a driven professional with a strong background in Computer Science. A graduate of The American University in 2021 with a B.S. in Computer Science, Karim brings a solid foundation of technical knowledge to his endeavors. His commitment to excellence and a passion for innovation have been demonstrated through his involvement in numerous significant projects. Notably, Karim has contributed his expertise to renowned companies such as Mowi, a global leader in seafood production, Isuzu, a prominent automotive manufacturer recognized for its innovative vehicles, and Pan Emirates, a distinguished name in the furniture and home furnishing industry. His role in these projects has encompassed diverse responsibilities, from developing software modifications and interfaces for a major Dubai-based logistics company to providing crucial technical support to prominent enterprises across the Middle East and Europe.

Georges joined SNS in 2017 as System Administrator.
