Fliway Goes Live with Infor WMS in New Zealand
Auckland, New Zealand — September 2026 — Fliway has gone live with Infor Cloud WMS in one facility, working with SNS to support a diverse logistics operation and establish a more standardized, scalable warehouse platform.
The 21,000-square-meter facility handles more than 28,000 active SKUs for 48 owners across industries ranging from clothing and footwear to fishing supplies and ATM equipment. Its operations combine e-commerce fulfillment, retail distribution, and returns processing, each with different handling and outbound requirements.
SNS supported the implementation of core warehouse processes including receiving, putaway, lot capture and tracking, label printing, order waving, allocation, picking, shipping, inventory adjustments, and stock visibility. The solution also supports bulk picking, piece picking from designated locations, and speed lane replenishment and picking.
A key challenge was bringing these varied customer and product flows together within one warehouse system. The team configured the processes around Fliway’s operating requirements while using functionality available in the base Infor Cloud WMS platform, reducing the need for customization.
The project also addressed a critical data requirement: Fliway needed information from Cloud WMS to feed an Azure database for external reporting and its customer portal. SNS assisted with the implementation of Infor Streaming Pipes and Ingestion to enable near real-time data synchronization.
Moving to a cloud platform reduces Fliway’s in-house infrastructure requirements and gives the operation access to new functionality as it becomes available. The implementation also provides a standardized foundation for warehouse execution and inventory visibility in the live facility.
Commenting on the project, Chris Andrew, Programme Manager – Supply Chain Innovation at Fliway, said: “Our operation serves customers with very different products and fulfillment needs. Working with SNS to bring these processes onto Infor Cloud WMS has given us a stronger platform for the facility, including the near real-time information needed for reporting and our customer portal.”
Mario Ghosn, CEO of SNS, added: “The challenge at Fliway was to support many owners and fulfillment models in one operation while making warehouse data available beyond the WMS. Our teams focused on practical processes, standard cloud capabilities, and an integration approach that supports the information Fliway needs.”
The go-live marks the first facility in Fliway’s implementation. It demonstrates how a cloud WMS and near real-time data flows can support complex multi-client logistics operations on a standardized, scalable platform.
