SNS AND SIB SOLUTIONS ANNOUNCE STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIP TO REDUCE CLAIMS AND IMPROVE WAREHOUSE QUALITY
Copenhagen — May 2026 — SNS is proud to announce a strategic partnership with SiB Solutions, a warehouse quality and visual proof solution provider, to help companies reduce warehouse errors, customer claims, unnecessary credits, and investigation time.
SiB Solutions uses cameras installed at key warehouse process points such as picking, packing, consolidation, staging, loading, and returns. The video is linked to warehouse transaction data, making it searchable in the SiB IVS™ platform by order number, SKU, location, shipment, parcel, or any other operational references. This allows teams to quickly understand what happened, validate errors, reject invalid claims, and improve warehouse processes based on facts.
In many warehouse operations, issues classified as picking errors are, in reality, customer claims, and not all claims are valid. Without clear proof, companies often issue credits, replacements, or refunds even when the claim cannot be confirmed. SiB Solutions helps warehouses move from assumptions to facts while reducing cost leakage and supporting continuous improvement.
Under the partnership, SNS will be positioned as the go-to implementation partner for SiB Solutions customers, leveraging its warehouse execution expertise, WMS implementation experience, and global delivery capabilities.
