Aetrex Elevates Distribution Performance with Infor WMS Implemented by SNS
New Jersey, United States — December 2025 — Aetrex, a global leader in foot scanning technology and data-driven footwear and orthotics, has successfully gone live with Infor WMS as part of a major logistics transformation program led by SNS. The solution enhances receiving, quality control, returns processing, and outbound execution, establishing a scalable digital foundation for the company’s growing distribution operations.
During the project’s design phase, SNS led a comprehensive redesign of Aetrex’s end-to-end warehouse processes, ensuring operational best practices were embedded directly into the system configuration to maximize efficiency and return on investment. The transition from a highly customized legacy platform to a modern cloud-based ecosystem required deep functional alignment, rigorous change management, and close collaboration across all managing and delivery teams.
The program concluded with a coordinated, multi-system go-live of Infor WMS alongside Infor M3 ERP and nShift’s carrier rate shopping and parcel management platform — delivering fully integrated warehouse, shipping, and financial operations from day one. Despite the complexity of this synchronized launch, the platform was deployed within eleven months and demonstrated strong performance immediately at startup.
Aetrex now benefits from structured receiving supported by automated QC logic, advanced cartonization and cluster-picking capabilities, dynamic packing workflows with integrated weight capture, and real-time connectivity with nShift to optimize carrier selection and shipping decisions. These improvements have already driven major gains in visibility, labor productivity, and outbound throughput — increasing shipping performance from a previous ceiling of 2,500 cartons per day to nearly 450 cartons per hour during the first week of stable production.
