With brands including Mars Inc., Kellogg’s, Nutella (Ferrero SpA), President, Cheez-it, Hershey’s, Jolly Time, and TGI Friday’s, Miners operates around 36,000 SKUs across a two-shift operation. The nature of the company’s stock means that traceability and expiry date management are crucial, and as such this was a priority in setting out project requirements. To address these critical concerns, SNS crafted a tailored and highly efficient picking strategy. This strategy takes into consideration crucial factors such as order priority, optimal routing, and equipment requirements, ultimately resulting in heightened operational efficiency and adaptability, ensuring a seamless flow within Miners Inc's supply chain.
